This boot is the best work boot I've owned. Walking 25,000 plus steps a day rain, sleet, or snow. Bound and climbing on and off machines and trucks all day for 14months. Doing the aforementioned job for the by 7 years ive never had a pair of boots last 10 months i tried them all Red wings, Carolina, Cat, Dr. Martin, Justin boots etc... until i bought these boots. Paint thinning eat through most boots with in vi months only non these. I will exist purchasing another pair real presently

Over a twelvemonth of hard use in an auto store environment with ATF, gasoline, and oils. The only affair I don't like is they get slick when information technology's snowing and y'all walk on epoxy-coated shop floors. And so rubber toe hasn't worn out in over a year of racking a vehicle, plus kicking the rack out. They go along the water out and they continue the drill bit shavings out. A large deal if y'all have ever gotten a metal sliver in your foot. Im on my 2d pair and waiting for them to come up back in stock to buy a third.

They may seem a little beefy but they aren't. They are very comfy with fantabulous back up. They may be a tad on the heavy side but not enough to tell a difference. This is my tertiary pair. Non because of poor quality but considering my work place buys us a pair every yr. This is my 3rd pair out of 4 years. The only reason I didn't get them all 4 years is the safe shoe vendor didn't take my size terminal year (COVID 19) I'll admit I probably wouldn't buy 3 pairs in 4 years if I had to pay for them, but I'd definitely become a new pair every other yr. I gave my one-time pair to my nephew they were still in slap-up shape. It takes a couple of weeks to intermission them in merely it's not painful at all they are adjustable with the velcro. I never had a pair of Ariat until I guess 3 or four years ago. We had a agglomeration of new hires come in to the plant with them. I laughed at them and asked them if they were tempest troopers or motocross riders. I told them to become go some Hytest slip ons. That's my other pair and they are comfortable and lighter merely the Ariat boots are simply as comfortable and they are more rugged. I'll be honest Hytest we're my boot of choice until all the new guys told me to try this kick. I couldn't believe it and I admitted to those guys they were correct. And then now I have my Hytest as my back up kick. It'due south proficient to rotate if u tin can. These are the best boots I've ever worn. I'thou 49 and I've been in a heavy industrial work environment for 30 years and these are bu far MY FAVORITE METATARSAL kick. My all fourth dimension favorite was the old Justin wellington but no one let's their employees wear just steel toes. I utilise to detest METATARSAL boots until I found these

My pair just arrived. I usually become Matterhorn miner boots( the tiger toe outlasts the boot) only final pair I got really bothered my right foot after the steel toe shifted. No thing what kicking I've tried my correct foot hurts. Put these on today and after a couple hours no pain in the right foot. They await absurd besides and piece of cake off and on for climbing in and out of my sleeper in truck.

Not a bad boot so far. Works well for welding and torching. H2o proof is only skillful to the centre strap. I thought is was all the style upwards like my old boots only it's not. All in all I would order once again. I hope possibly in the hereafter they brand them water proof all the fashion upwardly the boot for the money you spend.

I assumed there would be laces under the met cover and there is non. Only the Velcro straps. I happen to accept big anxiety but skinny legs and they exercise not tighten enough to close around my leg. This makes the boot clunk dorsum and fourth every bit I walk on the upper. Like a cowboy kick which isn't what I had in mind. I've had them virtually two weeks and volition deal with it but once these wear out I'll exist looking for an selection with laces for my next pair of boots.

I bought these bound 2020. The soles are crawly. I am a welder in a shipyard and then I have put these things to the test. I am disappointed in the stitching on top of the met guards. For the money I spent I expected these to concord upwards to the abuse I need them to take. I rely heavily on my boots. I'm on my feet all solar day long in harsh conditions.

Bought these in the spring to replace another pair of Ariat lace ups. Disappointed that they practise not fit as tight as a lace upwardly, but made practise for the money I paid. The leather has stayed waterproof, however they have adult pinholes in the heel that will permit water in. After 6 months, the Velcro is starting to get weak, but the zippers have been the master disappointment. They accept gotten stiff with use and now one has snapped and will no longer nix. The are dainty boots merely merely non worth the money.

I work for a metropolis h2o and sewer department. I accept had these boots since early September and they haven't been waterproof for a couple months. The lesser velcro straps won't stay secure and the liner in the correct boot has been pulling out with my foot. If y'all like to supersede boots every 4-6 months then these are slap-up but if you want them to last a year then dont buy these.

I purchased these boots about 5 months ago and from calendar week one my feet injure terribly. I figured that they just needed to be broken in so I accept continued to wearable them. I should accept returned them. My toes accept now developed Calluses. The bottoms of my feet now hurt daily and information technology'south the worst when I wake up in the forenoon. I accept developed a pretty painful case of plantar fasciitis. I've tried thick wool socks but that only helps a little bit. Maybe I need to get insoles? My job consists of walking on cement near of the 24-hour interval in a steel warehouse. It's not strenuous at all. The toes are falling apart and the metguard is condign exposed. I've always been a big fan of Ariat simply these boots will be a pass adjacent time effectually. Sorry
