How to access Citi Mobile?

A. For Android and iPhone users

  1. Download Citi Mobile application via Google Play for Android phone users or via Apple App Store for iPhone users
  2. Click the Citi Mobile icon after it is installed. A "Home" screen will be displayed. Click the "Sign In" icon to access your account details and transactions.
  3. Login using your Citibank Online username and password. If you do not have Citibank Online username and password, please visit www.citibank.co.id through PC to create username and password.

B. For other smartphone users

  1. Click www.citibank.co.id on your mobile phone browser (please ensure JavaScript is enabled on your phone browser).
  2. Login using your Citibank Online username and password. If you do not have Citibank Online username and password, please visit www.citibank.co.id through PC to create username and password.

Is Citi Mobile free?

Citi Mobile application can be downloaded for free from Google Play (for Android phone users) or from Apple App Store (for iPhone users). Citi Mobile can also be accessed through www.citibank.co.id from mobile phone browser. However, you may be charged for data access depending on your mobile plan with your respective service provider. Please check with your service provider for pricing details.

Is Citi Mobile secure?

To ensure the highest level of security, Citi Mobile utilizes multi-factor authentication. In addition, no financial information is stored on the mobile phone. The application is protected with strong encryption (128-bit SSL) for access and transactions. Access to your account is protected by secure login process. The online session will be automatically terminated if idle for 5 minutes, which prevents unauthorized use of your session by anyone else.

Why is when I click www.citibank.co.id from my smartphone browser it shows empty screen?

For your transaction security, Citi Mobile requires JavaScript to be enabled on your mobile phone browser. Please refer to the manual on how to enable JavaScript on your mobile browser.

Why is the connection speed inconsistent for Citi Mobile?

The Internet connection speed on mobile handsets varies based on different factors, such as location, network coverage, service provider, and connection type and handset model. The design of Citi Mobile is optimized to reduce the loading time.

Does Citi Mobile work on most pre-paid phone service plans?

Please check with your service provider if they provide data usage for pre-paid service plans and their respective charges.
